Shipping and returns
All pieces are shipped into their own packaging.Items are shipped via courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL), from Perugia - Italy, and they are usually shipped within 2 days after you place your order.
Not EU customers | You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; alienina has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
In the case that the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Please send us an email with the topic RETURN and order number to email@example.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, with the tag attached and its original packaging within 14 days from the date the Customer received it.
Once the return item has been shipped, the Customer must provide tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org. All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we will provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value. If customers return faulty item(s) and non-faulty item(s) together without notifying us, 20% of the item(s) price will be charged as handling charges.
We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE: For returns from outside of EU all duty fees and taxes will be paid for by the customer.

We only replace items if they are defective. Send us an email to email@example.com.
Don´t forget to attach to your message pictures of your defective part. If the deffect is also found by our team, a prepaid return form will be sent t you. We will proceed with an exchange upon receipt of the bag.
Once your order is placed, modification or cancellation of your order is no longer possible.
